Bathhouse is hiring a Director of Growth Marketing to accelerate revenue, reduce acquisition costs, and deepen customer loyalty. This full-time, on-site role in New York, NY offers the opportunity to own performance marketing end-to-end, partner closely across teams, and build a data-driven, test-and-learn culture.

Role Summary
Lead Bathhouse’s growth engine across paid media, lifecycle, and retention. You will set the marketing strategy, own key performance metrics (CPA, retention, LTV), manage a Sales Manager and external partners, and ensure cohesive brand execution with the creative team. This position is on-site five days per week at company HQ in Williamsburg.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a data-driven growth strategy aligned with company goals.
- Own paid media across Google Ads, social, email, and other channels; plan, launch, and optimize campaigns.
- Partner with the Sales Manager on group sales initiatives, partnerships, and promotions; manage outside agencies.
- Analyze customer data, market trends, and competitor activity to identify growth opportunities and inform strategy.
- Collaborate with the Brand Director to ensure cohesive, consistent execution across all touchpoints.
- Monitor and report on KPIs; use insights to optimize CPA, retention, and LTV via testing and iteration.
- Foster a culture of experimentation and continuous improvement within the marketing team.
- Develop and manage the marketing budget to maximize ROI and resource efficiency.
- Collaborate with operations, finance, and customer service to support seamless execution and a strong customer experience.
Ideal Profile
- 8+ years in marketing with emphasis on strategy, retention, and digital channels.
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, or a related field.
- Proven results developing strategies that drive growth, retention, and loyalty.
- Deep knowledge of lifecycle marketing, retention programs, and loyalty mechanics.
- Entrepreneurial, hands-on operator comfortable in fast-paced, dynamic environments.
- Data-driven decision-maker; able to translate complex datasets into actionable insights.
- Strong project management; adept at prioritization and meeting deadlines across multiple initiatives.
- Proficiency with Google Ads, Analytics, Tag Manager, and Search Console; skilled with CRM and marketing automation.
- Experience in SEO, A/B testing, CRO, CX optimization, and marketing analytics tools.
- Clear communicator and leader with strong writing and presentation skills; able to mentor teams.
- Able to commute to Williamsburg five days per week.
Compensation, Benefits, And Location
Job Type: Full-time. Salary: $150,000–$180,000 USD. Location: New York, NY. On-site: Five days per week at headquarters in Williamsburg.
