Zoom’s Global Digital Display team is hiring a Digital Marketing Manager to scale paid programs across display, paid social, and content syndication. Role Summary

As Digital Marketing Manager, you will lead end-to-end execution of global campaigns—from planning and buying to optimization and reporting. You will manage vendor relationships, onboard new partners, and contribute to the evolution of Zoom’s ad tech stack. The role includes budget management, forecasting channel efficiency, and building robust testing roadmaps in partnership with design and cross-functional marketing teams.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage global campaigns across creative, targeting, optimization, and budget stewardship.
  • Oversee existing vendors and onboard new partners to expand channel reach and performance.
  • Execute display, paid social, and content syndication programs with rigorous testing and learning agendas.
  • Develop granular reporting on bids, devices, audiences, geo/demographic targets, and asset performance; translate insights for stakeholders.
  • Act as a subject-matter expert on digital trends; contribute to team discussions and brainstorming sessions.
  • Partner with Web Marketing, Integrated Marketing, Customer Marketing, and Brand to implement best practices and testing roadmaps.
  • Contribute to creative strategy; continuously test new assets with internal design resources.
  • Manage complex workstreams aligned to marketing objectives and establish supporting processes and policies as needed.

Ideal Profile

  • 5+ years in performance paid media with emphasis on display, paid social, and content syndication.
  • BA/BS in marketing, communications, or related field.
  • Hands-on with Google Marketing Platform, The Trade Desk (TTD), Demandbase, and 6sense.
  • Experience running campaigns on LinkedIn, Facebook, Reddit, and other social networks.
  • Background in B2B/SaaS targeting IT decision makers (ITDMs).
  • Data-driven mindset, strong attention to detail, advanced Excel skills, and ability to manage multiple projects concurrently.

Compensation, Location, And Benefits

Job Type: Full-time, Remote (U.S.). Base salary range: $76,800–$186,200 USD. Zoom follows a Total Direct Compensation approach that may include base salary, bonus, and equity value. Starting pay is based on qualifications and experience, and ranges may vary by location. Zoom offers a benefits program designed to support physical, mental, emotional, and financial well-being. The company operates a structured hybrid model across offices and remote settings. Anticipated position close date: 08/26/25.
