Role Summary: Account Executive (Remote)

As an Account Executive, you will serve as the primary point of contact for a portfolio of clients, overseeing and directing multichannel agency initiatives. The role spans client relationship management, performance analysis, project coordination, and strategic planning. You’ll collaborate closely with internal teams to deliver work on time and within budget while maintaining proactive communication with clients and focusing on retention and growth opportunities.

Key Responsibilities

  • Act as the primary contact for assigned clients, building long-term relationships and trust.
  • Drive client retention while identifying upsell and contract renewal opportunities.
  • Review weekly and monthly performance reports and translate insights into action plans.
  • Recommend strategies across promotions, content, campaigns, and website updates tied to KPIs.
  • Coordinate internal resources and manage project timelines and budgets to deliver quality work.
  • Maintain proactive, clear communication and ensure clients are informed on status and next steps.
  • Contribute to planning, execution, and review of deliverables to uphold high-quality outcomes.

Ideal Profile

  • 3+ years of digital marketing experience; ecommerce experience preferred but not required.
  • Working knowledge across paid media, SEO, social, email, and web strategies (omnichannel).
  • Exceptional communication skills marked by promptness, proactivity, and consistency—internally and externally.
  • Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple accounts.
  • Analytical mindset with experience reviewing reports and providing strategic recommendations.
  • Proficiency in project management and coordinating internal resources to meet deadlines and budgets.
  • Demonstrated leadership and confidence as the primary point of contact for client accounts.
  • Self-motivated and comfortable in a fast-paced environment; proactive problem-solver.
