Role Summary

As an Account Executive on the digital team, you’ll support channel strategy and execution across Facebook, X, LinkedIn, Instagram, and emerging platforms; coordinate with internal and external partners; and contribute to measurement, reporting, and quality control across client programs.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide copywriting, image sourcing, and creative support for social content.
• Assist in regular reporting of social media performance metrics for clients.
• Support fan and follower acquisition and engagement across client platforms.
• Build and manage relationships with influencers and bloggers through proactive outreach.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to integrate online and offline efforts for maximum impact.
• Maintain social processes and quality standards (briefing, copywriting, reporting).
• Contribute to reputation management, engagement, response strategies, content development, monitoring, and reporting.

Ideal Profile

• 1–3 years of experience in social brand management and content creation.
• Bachelor’s degree in public relations or a related communications field.
• Agency experience in digital or PR is a plus.
• Ability to meet deadlines and drive results with consistency and accountability.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; strong interpersonal skills.
• Collaborative, team-oriented approach and resourceful problem solving.
• Active consumer of social media news; curiosity about what’s new and next in social, digital, and mobile.
• Understanding of the evolving landscape of social media engagement.

Compensation And Location

• Location: Los Angeles, CA.
• Salary: $62,000–$68,000 USD per year.
• Pay positioning within the range depends on factors including education, experience, skills, location, performance, and business needs.
