ZenBusiness Inc. is hiring a VP, Growth Marketing to lead full-funnel acquisition and efficiency. This remote role reports to the CMO and is accountable for sustainable growth across channels, rigorous experimentation, and data-driven optimization.

Role Summary

As VP, Growth Marketing, you will align brand, marketing, product, pricing, and the conversion funnel to growth targets and broader business objectives. You will build and scale a multi-channel acquisition engine (SEO, LLM search, SEM, paid social, affiliate, email nurturing, and CRO), reduce CAC, improve AOV and ROAS, and diversify beyond search-driven traffic. Success requires cross-functional leadership, an experimentation mindset, and strong measurement and attribution practices.

Key Responsibilities

  • Own acquisition strategy and planning to meet or exceed goals for conversion volume, CAC efficiency, and ROAS.
  • Lead market, customer, and competitive research to inform channel mix, messaging, and offers.
  • Evolve the acquisition engine across SEO, LLM search, paid media, affiliate partnerships, email nurturing, CRO, and pricing/packaging; identify efficient new channels to reduce reliance on search.
  • Oversee the full customer journey to ensure consistent experiences across marketing channels, site, funnel, checkout, and lifecycle touchpoints.
  • Run structured experiments on landing pages, funnels, offers, and pricing to improve conversion rate, CAC, AOV, and ROAS.
  • Enhance measurement and attribution with tools and approaches such as Tableau, MMM, MTA, and brand tracking to guide investment decisions.
  • Shape marketing and product roadmaps that drive channel diversification, conversion gains, and revenue optimization.
  • Lead, mentor, and scale a high-performing team; foster an action-oriented, test-and-learn culture with clear ownership and accountability.
  • Collaborate with Brand, Product, Technology, Design, Data, and Finance to align on goals, roadmaps, and performance targets.
  • Set budgets and targets with executives and finance; use analytics to surface opportunities and drive continuous improvement.

Ideal Profile

  • 15+ years in growth marketing or related roles, including 8+ years managing teams; proven results across diverse channels.
  • Change agent with a builder mindset; able to break down silos and challenge legacy approaches while coaching high performers.
  • Strong communicator who partners effectively with stakeholders and executives; comfortable presenting plans, progress, and insights.
  • Deep analytical skills across growth analytics, attribution modeling, funnel and pricing analysis; rigorous experimentation framework.
  • Strategic and hands-on; experience in high-velocity, post-startup, pre-public environments. Bachelor’s degree required; MBA preferred.
  • Bonus: BI/data tools, Salesforce CRM/Marketing Cloud, LTV expansion and retention, MacOS and Google Workspace.

Compensation, Benefits, And Location

Salary range: $147,242–$219,895 USD, depending on experience.
