Role Summary
As Marketing Manager, you will define the marketing vision aligned to firm growth, lead cross-functional planning, and elevate advisor engagement through targeted digital content, email programs, and social campaigns. The role oversees content creation workflows, performance optimization, and coordination across sales, portfolio management, and leadership.
Key Responsibilities
- Define and implement an internal marketing vision that supports firm growth goals.
- Plan and execute digital content to increase prospect engagement and improve email performance.
- Direct content creation and approvals for drip emails, weekly communications, reports, guides, and quarterly pieces.
- Coordinate content needs across advisor networks and internal teams, including sales and portfolio management.
- Optimize processes and workflows to support lead nurturing and conversion across channels.
Ideal Profile
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
- Strong grasp of multi-channel strategy, including email, social media, and digital advertising.
- Proven experience in process improvement, lead nurturing, and conversion optimization.
- Exceptional project management, leadership, and communication skills.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
- Experience with social media tools (e.g., Hootsuite, AdEspresso).
- Familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite or Canva (helpful, not required).
- Proficiency with email marketing, analytics, and conversion optimization platforms.
- Experience with Salesforce and Pardot; working knowledge of HTML for edits to copy and URLs.
- Project management experience; familiarity with Basecamp is a plus.
Preferred Experience
- Marketing programs serving high-net-worth financial services clients.
- Familiarity with compliance requirements in investment marketing.
- Demonstrated ability to innovate and scale marketing processes.
Compensation and Location
Job type: Full-time. Location: Chicago, IL.
Salary range: USD 73,878–93,547, commensurate with experience and role fit.
