  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders, content creators, and technical teams to deliver connected, audience-focused experiences.
  • Represent the organization to individuals, churches, and partners; participate in spiritual activities as part of the employer’s faith-based culture.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by marketing leadership.

Ideal Profile

  • Administrative excellence: strong organization, time management, and ability to anticipate needs in fast-paced settings.
  • Clear written and verbal communication; professional customer service and effective meeting participation.
  • Financial skills: intermediate budget processing, invoice management, and financial tracking.
  • Meeting and event coordination experience, including travel logistics and competing deadlines management.
  • Data management proficiency: accurate entry, database upkeep, and reporting support for analytics initiatives.
  • Project coordination across scope, resources, time, cost, quality, and communications; reliable documentation practices.
  • Sound judgment, adaptability to change, and a customer-focused, high-quality work ethic.
  • Technical toolkit: Google Workspace, Microsoft Word/Excel, Workday HCM, Zoom, and project tools such as Teamwork; database experience preferred.
  • Education/experience: bachelor’s degree or 3–5 years in administrative support, operations, and/or project coordination (or equivalent). Nonprofit ministry or volunteer experience is beneficial.
  • Physical: extended computer and video conferencing use; occasional lifting of materials up to 25 lbs. Faith-based requirements include alignment with the organization’s Christian mission and participation in prayer/devotional rhythms and conduct standards.
