Partner Marketing Manager, Wurk (Remote)

Wurk is hiring a Partner Marketing Manager to accelerate co-marketing and ecosystem growth in a regulated, fast-moving market. If you excel at building partner programs that drive qualified demand and measurable revenue, this role offers the chance to shape strategy and execution end to end for a leading cannabis workforce platform.

Company Overview

Founded in 2015, Wurk built the cannabis industry’s first all-in-one workforce management solution. The platform streamlines operations and helps businesses minimize regulatory risk while managing payroll, HR, timekeeping, and tax compliance. Wurk’s mission is to protect the people and organizations that power the cannabis sector.

Role Summary

As Partner Marketing Manager, you will develop and execute co-marketing strategies with integration, referral, and reseller partners. You’ll own campaign planning, content, enablement, and reporting to elevate brand visibility, drive partner-sourced pipeline, and support revenue goals in collaboration with Sales, Product, Customer Success, and Marketing.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design and run multi-channel partner programs to generate qualified leads and pipeline growth.
  • Co-create webinars, case studies, co-branded content, emails, social, and event sponsorships with partners.
  • Develop enablement collateral: presentations, one-pagers, email templates, and shared asset libraries aligned to both brands.
  • Define and track KPIs (lead volume, quality, conversion, ROI, attribution) for partner-sourced initiatives.
  • Use HubSpot and Salesforce to measure, optimize, and report on campaign performance.
  • Act as the primary marketing liaison for partners—aligning goals, messaging, campaigns, and timelines.
  • Onboard and train partners on Wurk’s solutions, positioning, and co-marketing best practices.
  • Maintain the partner marketplace, including co-branded assets and landing pages.
  • Collaborate with Sales, Product, and Customer Success to align partner campaigns with customer needs.
  • Report performance, insights, and recommendations for new partnerships and integrations to leadership and partners.

Ideal Profile

  • 3+ years in partner, channel, product marketing, or business development (SaaS/B2B preferred).
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field.
  • Proven success planning and executing co-marketing campaigns that drive demand and revenue.
  • Strategic thinker able to assess partner fit and market trends and translate into plans.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills for partner relationship-building.
  • Robust project management across multiple campaigns, deliverables, and timelines.
  • Content leadership for blogs, webinars, case studies, and social content with partners.
  • Data-driven approach to KPIs, attribution, and optimization; familiarity with ABM and automation tools.
  • Exposure to compliance-regulated industries (e.g., cannabis, alcohol, healthcare) is a strong plus.

Compensation, Location, And Benefits

Full-time, remote role based in the United States. Base salary range: $75,000–$95,000 USD, with additional variable compensation. Total rewards include comprehensive benefits and a remote-friendly environment.

  • Free medical, dental, and vision; basic life insurance; short-term disability; EAP.
  • 401(k) (traditional and Roth) with employer match.
  • Generous PTO, bonus opportunities, and stock options.
  • $400 office equipment and $300/year fitness reimbursements; internet reimbursement.
  • Paid professional development and tuition reimbursement; referral bonuses.
  • Paid parental leave, paid sabbatical program, remote-friendly culture.
