WorkWave is hiring a Director of Growth Marketing to lead full-funnel acquisition across SMB and Enterprise segments. This senior role blends strategy and execution, leveraging data, experimentation, and tight sales alignment to accelerate pipeline and revenue.

Role Summary

As Director of Growth Marketing, you will design and execute multi-channel strategies for both SMB and Enterprise, with a particular focus on ABM for Enterprise. You’ll partner closely with sales, product marketing, analytics, content, digital, and design to align messaging and optimize conversion paths. Success in this role requires rigorous testing, strong analytics, and continuous iteration to uncover new growth opportunities.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute full-funnel growth plans for SMB and Enterprise to drive cost-efficient acquisition and conversion.
  • Lead ABM campaigns leveraging intent data and orchestration tools (e.g., 6sense) to increase engagement and pipeline velocity in Enterprise segments.
  • Align campaign strategy and messaging with sales, product marketing, content, digital, and design teams.
  • Build testing frameworks; run A/B and multivariate tests to optimize channels, audiences, creative, and offers.
  • Analyze performance, monitor KPIs, and deliver actionable insights for continuous improvement.
  • Iterate segmentation, creative, and messaging to maximize engagement and outcomes across the funnel.
  • Partner with sales and marketing operations to align lead flow and optimize conversion paths for SMB and Enterprise.
  • Collaborate with analytics and product marketing to surface customer insights that inform growth tactics.
  • Contribute to budget stewardship and ROI optimization in partnership with leadership and operations.

Ideal Candidate Profile

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field; Master’s preferred.
  • 10–15 years in growth marketing or similar roles, ideally in B2B SaaS or technology.
  • Demonstrated success designing and executing multi-channel acquisition programs.
  • Strong analytical skills; ability to interpret complex data and turn insights into action.
  • Fluency with Google Analytics, Tableau, Salesforce, and Pardot.
  • Proficiency in A/B testing, multivariate testing, and experimentation methodologies.
  • Experience managing budgets to maximize ROI.
  • Comfortable spanning strategy and hands-on execution in fast-paced environments.
  • Excellent communicator with the ability to influence cross-functional teams and leadership.

Compensation, Benefits, And Location

Base salary range: $130,000–$135,000 USD, plus bonus eligibility. Final offers depend on qualifications, relevant experience, and budget. This is a remote role within WorkWave’s remote-first global community; the company maintains offices (HQ in Holmdel, NJ) for collaboration as needed.
