Role Summary

As a Senior Specialist focused on industry growth marketing, you will partner closely with functional marketing teams to plan and execute campaigns that advance industry growth objectives. Success looks like proactively proposing programs tied to measurable outcomes, coordinating internal resources, driving execution, and extracting learnings to improve future performance—with minimal day-to-day direction.

Key Responsibilities

• Translate business strategies and market insights into results-focused marketing programs with clear ROI.
• Secure, coordinate, and align marketing resources to meet industry growth objectives.
• Collaborate across content, creative, demand generation, PR, research, and market intelligence to support marketing plans.
• Own campaign execution with an emphasis on ROI, intended outcomes, and ongoing optimization.
• Monitor and assess campaign results; turn performance into actionable learnings for future initiatives.
• Prioritize proactively, working with minimal instruction on daily tasks and general guidance on new assignments.

Ideal Profile

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing or business administration.
• 5–7 years of experience in a comparable marketing role.
• Demonstrated initiative, resourcefulness, accuracy, persistence, and dependability.
• Ability to manage pressure, meet deadlines, and coordinate multiple projects simultaneously.
• Professionalism and a can-do attitude in executing project assignments and tasks.
• Strong communication skills; able to align internal resources toward timely execution.
• Willingness to share lessons learned and best practices across the marketing organization.

Compensation, Benefits, and Location

This is a remote role. The estimated base pay range is $73,000–$98,000 USD; actual offers depend on factors such as location, skills, and experience, with offers typically not made at the maximum. The role may be eligible for an annual discretionary bonus based on individual and firm performance.
