Winter Park Resort is hiring a Marketing Partnerships and Activations Coordinator to execute sponsor deliverables and on-site activations that strengthen brand relationships and support revenue goals. Role Summary

The Marketing Partnerships and Activations Coordinator balances strategic alignment, operational execution, and administrative follow-through to deliver on partner agreements. Reporting to the Events and Partnerships Manager, you will coordinate planning, logistics, and day-of activations—from tastings and demos to larger sponsorships—while tracking deliverables, comps, and performance. The role requires weekend, evening, and holiday availability to support events and on-mountain programs.

Key Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary on-site contact for partners; ensure clear communication and quality execution.
  • Translate partnership objectives into actionable plans aligned with resort and Alterra strategies.
  • Coordinate cross-functional teams (events, operations, hospitality, marketing) to deliver activations and promotions.
  • Manage activation logistics, timelines, permits, vendors, and on-site execution to ensure smooth operations and guest experience.
  • Implement partner deliverables across signage, digital placements, social, business unit promotions, and events.
  • Track and report on partnership performance (quarterly, seasonal, ad hoc) and maintain deliverables trackers and calendars.
  • Route contracts, gather stakeholder feedback, and ensure fulfillment of obligations on time and within brand, legal, and safety guidelines (including USFS and municipal requirements).
  • Manage comp lodging and ticket requests; oversee delivery, storage, and inventory of partner materials and in-kind product usage.
  • Assist with budgeting and administration, including invoice management and expense entry; streamline processes where possible.
  • Support scheduling and oversight of part-time event staff and collaborate with internal teams and external vendors.

Ideal Profile

  • 1+ year in partnership coordination or activations; experience planning and promoting small-to-mid scale events.
  • Bachelor’s degree in events management, marketing, or related field preferred (or equivalent experience).
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented project manager with a solution-focused mindset and strong work ethic under tight deadlines.
  • Clear communicator (written, verbal, and creative) who builds effective relationships and collaborates across teams and vendors.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office; high proficiency in Excel required. Comfortable adapting to changing priorities and trends in events/brand activations.
  • Able to work indoors and outdoors; lift/move 50 lbs occasionally; valid driver’s license; available for evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Compensation, Benefits, And Location

Location: Winter Park, CO | Schedule: Full-time, year-round, on-site

Hourly Pay: $20–$24 USD per hour (actual pay may vary based on experience and other factors).
