Role Summary
Key Responsibilities
- Implement global and regional marketing objectives at the store level through clear plans, deadlines, and deliverables.
- Partner with store teams to understand local needs and provide hands-on assistance where required.
- Monitor the online portal’s usability and work with technical teams to resolve interface, ordering, or consistency issues.
- Serve as the liaison for store-level concerns with regional marketing to ensure effective two-way communication.
- Track in-store and local program activity for alignment with broader plans and identify improvement opportunities.
- Analyze store-level marketing performance and deliver data-driven insights and recommendations to leadership.
Additional Responsibilities (U.K. Listing)
- Provide leadership to In-Store & Local Marketing Specialists to deliver in-store programs and seasonal campaigns.
- Collaborate with Purchasing and suppliers on events, promotions, launches, and long-term engagement plans.
- Support digital and in-store content creation, manage vendor program integration, and oversee 3rd-party delivery programs.
- Communicate program objectives, timelines, and results; maintain vendor databases and traffic assets and information.
Ideal Profile
- Advanced retail marketing knowledge: brand and channel management, communications, and customer engagement metrics.
- Experience with signage design, development, production, and delivery in a multi-store environment.
- Strong analytics capability to assess marketing impact on customer behavior and business performance; data-driven decision-making.
- Effective communicator who can tailor messages to various audiences and present in 1:1 and group settings; builds senior stakeholder relationships.
- Advanced program planning and execution skills; able to manage multiple tracks against budgets, creative standards, and deadlines.
- BA/BS degree with 4–6 years of relevant experience, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Compensation, Benefits, and Location
- Job type: Full-time.
- Location: Post, TX.
- Employer-listed salary range: £47,840–£81,328 annually, commensurate with experience.
