Role Summary

As the Engagement Marketing Associate Manager, you’ll design and deliver integrated campaigns across digital, social, experiential, and retail channels. You’ll leverage marketing automation and CRM to personalize journeys, improve performance, and report on KPIs. The role partners with Brand, Digital, Innovation, and Sales teams, as well as agency partners, to ensure on-time, on-brand execution and measurable results.

Key Responsibilities

  • Plan and execute integrated engagement marketing programs across digital, social, experiential, and retail.
  • Use marketing automation and CRM to personalize customer journeys and improve performance.
  • Track, analyze, and optimize KPIs; share actionable insights with leadership.
  • Collaborate with Brand, Digital, Innovation, Sales, and agency partners for creative excellence and consistency.
  • Manage timelines, budgets, and asset delivery to keep campaigns on track and on brand.
  • Contribute to content development, messaging strategy, and audience segmentation.
  • Maintain organized project documentation; ensure compliance with legal, brand, and data privacy standards.
  • Stay current on marketing trends and propose fresh ideas to keep the brand top of mind.

Ideal Profile

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or equivalent experience.
  • 3–5+ years in marketing, ideally in digital engagement, CRM, or automation-led campaigns.
  • Hands-on experience with HubSpot, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Marketo, or similar tools.
  • Strong understanding of consumer behavior, content strategy, and the full buyer journey.
  • Experience with budget tracking and vendor management is a plus.

Compensation, Benefits, And Location

$77,700–$126,300 USD per year, plus a 10%–15% profit-sharing contribution to your retirement account. Salary is determined by experience, skills, and market alignment. This is a full-time role with remote flexibility; primary location is San Diego, CA.
