Role Summary

As the Marketing Analytics Manager, you will report to a Product Marketing Manager and own end‑to‑end lifecycle analytics, testing, and optimization. You’ll synthesize insights from multiple data sources, craft audience strategies, and implement campaigns that drive acquisition, engagement, and retention. You’ll also define measurement frameworks to attribute ROI, inform budgets, and refine promotional strategy, partnering closely with stakeholders to translate findings into action.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop data‑driven audience strategies by analyzing rider behavior and turning insights into actionable recommendations.
  • Lead lifecycle campaigns from acquisition through retention, including design, launch, and ongoing optimization.
  • Identify and execute optimization opportunities for lifecycle programs and promotions through strategic analysis.
  • Measure and attribute ROI across lifecycle programs to guide budget allocation and promotional strategy.
  • Design and analyze A/B and multivariate tests, set hypotheses and success metrics, and ensure proper tracking.

Ideal Profile

  • 7+ years in marketing analytics or growth marketing with ownership of cross‑channel analysis and optimization.
  • Expert SQL skills for complex data extraction, manipulation, and analysis.
  • Proven experimentation experience, including A/B and multivariate testing and understanding of statistical significance.
  • Strong grasp of lifecycle marketing principles, experimentation methodologies, and channel‑appropriate content strategies.
  • Hands‑on experience with platforms such as HubSpot, Marketo, Braze, Iterable, or Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
  • Excellent communication skills to present findings and recommendations to stakeholders, including leadership.
  • Bonus: Experience in a high‑growth environment scaling marketing initiatives.

Location, Work Type, and Compensation

Location: Mountain View, CA (Bay Area). Work Type: Full‑time. The expected base salary range for this position is $175,000–$221,000 USD. Actual starting pay will depend on factors such as location, experience, training, education, and skill level. Employees may also be eligible for a discretionary annual bonus program, equity incentive plan, and a company benefits program, subject to eligibility requirements.
