Role Summary
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and manage B2B marketing strategies for Employee Benefits and Stop Loss to drive sales and retention.
- Translate business goals into clear marketing plans in partnership with product and internal stakeholders.
- Own creative briefs, timelines, and asset development for assigned campaigns.
- Collaborate with creative, CX, cross-segment marketing, digital, and social teams to deliver integrated programs.
- Measure campaign effectiveness and optimize for desired outcomes.
- Serve as a consultative expert on group insurance and Stop Loss products and services.
- Continuously improve marketing processes for internal teams and stakeholders.
- Manage campaign and project budgets.
Ideal Profile
- Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, communication, or related field; advanced degree a plus.
- 5+ years of relevant B2B/B2B2C marketing experience; group insurance and Stop Loss background preferred.
- Proven ability to build strategies, write creative briefs, and present plans to stakeholders and executives.
- Deep knowledge of the group insurance market and proficiency across print, video, digital, and social media.
- Insights-driven, with strong strategic thinking, creative instincts, and the ability to lead cross-functional teams.
- Excellent communication, facilitation, and influence skills; comfortable operating at all organizational levels.
- Demonstrated customer focus, critical thinking, team mentality, business acumen, and learning agility.
Compensation, Location, And Benefits
Remote, full-time role. Expected base salary range: $84,260–$105,320 USD. Actual compensation may vary based on location, experience, education, licensure, and skill level; incentive opportunities may be available based on role and performance.
