Role Summary

As a Business Segment Marketing Consultant on the Employee Benefits B2B Marketing team (supporting Workplace Solutions), you will lead integrated marketing strategies for group insurance and Stop Loss. You’ll partner with product and cross-functional stakeholders to define objectives, translate them into clear plans, manage creative development and timelines, measure performance, and continuously improve processes. Budget oversight and consultative subject-matter expertise are core to success in this role.

Compensation, Location, And Benefits

Remote, full-time role. Expected base salary range: $84,260–$105,320 USD. Actual compensation may vary based on location, experience, education, licensure, and skill level; incentive opportunities may be available based on role and performance.
