ViziSites is hiring a Social Media Account Manager to support client growth across core industries in a hybrid role based in San Diego, CA. If you combine strong graphic design skills with hands-on social media management, this full-time position offers an opportunity to own client relationships and deliver consistent results.

Role Summary
Social Media Account Managers handle onboarding, channel setup and optimization, content planning and production, and scheduling. This opening emphasizes graphic design for social media (with tools like Canva) alongside client communication during kickoff calls and ongoing support. The role is full-time (40 hours), hybrid with in-office Tuesday/Wednesday in Miramar, Monday–Friday with a start time between 7–9 a.m., and highly collaborative across writers, designers, and schedulers.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead client onboarding via kickoff calls to align on goals and preferences.
- Assist with management access, new channel setup, and optimization of existing profiles.
- Coordinate content execution: write copy, create graphics and short-form video, and schedule posts.
- Execute the community posting service by ideating, writing, and scheduling 10–12 posts per month for grouped clients in core industries (dental, veterinary, optometry, chiropractic).
- Communicate with clients via email and phone according to preference and need.
- Prioritize graphics creation while supporting social media inquiries and client updates.
Ideal Profile
Required Experience
- Proficiency with top social platforms: Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn.
- Graphic design for social media, preferably using Canva.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Bonus Points
- Customer service experience with repeat clients.
- Proven experience managing social media for a business (ideally Facebook or Instagram).
- Comfort using AI tools to assist with content and workflow.
- Birdeye experience and paid social advertising exposure.
- Any relevant social media certifications.

Compensation, Benefits, And Location
Compensation is $22/hour plus a monthly bonus, based on experience, with annual reviews and opportunities for raises. The role is based in San Diego, CA, with a hybrid schedule (in-office Tuesday/Wednesday in Miramar) and flexible work-from-home options.
