Role Summary
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain strategic relationships with channel partners (distributors, resellers, VARs).
- Co-create and execute partner sales strategies that drive revenue and market penetration.
- Deliver training and enablement on products, services, and Vertiv’s value proposition.
- Track performance, identify gaps, and implement corrective actions to improve outcomes.
- Serve as liaison between partners and internal teams to ensure alignment and timely support.
- Address partner inquiries, resolve issues, and coordinate resources to accelerate deals.
- Stay current on industry trends, competitor activity, and market shifts to surface new opportunities.
- Provide regular reporting on channel performance, pipeline, forecasts, and market insights.
Ideal Profile
- Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or related field (or equivalent experience).
- 4+ years in channel management, sales, or business development within the IT industry.
- Demonstrated ability to drive revenue growth and achieve targets through partners.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills across stakeholder levels.
- Analytical, structured problem-solver with strong follow-through and attention to detail.
- Collaborative teammate who works effectively with cross-functional teams and partners.
- Proficiency with CRM tools and the Microsoft Office Suite.
- Self-motivated, proactive, and comfortable operating with urgency when needed.
