Role Summary

As Creative Marketing Associate Director, you will plan and execute demand generation programs that grow market share and revenue across Consumer Home Internet. You will support the Marketing Director on integrated campaigns, partner closely with cross-functional teams, and lead external agencies to produce world-class creative and channel-ready assets that drive business outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead end-to-end marketing strategy and demand generation for Consumer Home Internet.
  • Develop integrated campaigns that connect Verizon with customers and prospects.
  • Translate business goals into briefs; lead agency partners from briefing to final creative.
  • Deliver on growth metrics including gross adds, product adoption, and retention.
  • Collaborate with IMC, Marketing Activation, Consumer Marketing Insights, Media Strategy, and Digital Marketing teams.
  • Manage creative content and asset delivery for Verizon brand and products across channels.
  • Lead and mentor a team; be the go-to for campaign status and stakeholder alignment.

Ideal Profile

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience; 6+ years relevant experience (work, military, or specialized training).
  • Proven background in creative/brand strategy and/or creative-focused account management.
  • Agency and/or client-side experience leading development of world-class creative and final output quality control.
  • Expertise in e-commerce and digital creative; full-funnel strategy across brand and performance marketing.
  • Experience in Retail/CPG and/or Telecom/ISP environments is a plus; client-side experience valued.
  • Strong stakeholder management; ability to inspire confidence and cross-functional collaboration.
  • Willingness to travel up to 20%.

Compensation, Benefits, And Location

Location: New York, NY. Job Type: Full-time. Hybrid schedule with a defined work location and a minimum of three days per week in-office (set by your manager). Scheduled weekly hours: 40.

Salary range (New York): $125,500–$219,000 annually, dependent on location and confirmed job-related skills and experience. This incentive-based role may offer additional compensation. Part-time compensation and benefits vary by hours and eligibility.
