Role Summary

As a Walmart Advertising Specialist, you will own day-to-day media operations across Walmart Connect and related channels, contributing hands-on expertise in paid search and paid social. You will monitor ROAS and CPA, manage budgets and bids, and turn analytics into clear recommendations. The role also collaborates with creative teams and partners closely with media technology vendors to stay ahead of marketplace trends.

  • Plan, manage, and execute digital media buys across multiple ad platforms for several clients.
  • Own paid search and paid social execution, with emphasis on marketplace advertising.
  • Continuously monitor ROAS/CPA and optimize to hit defined KPIs.
  • Leverage Google Analytics and other tools to assess traffic and shape optimization plans.
  • Create performance reports and communicate insights to internal teams and stakeholders.
  • Prepare research and audience insights to inform ongoing media recommendations.
  • Manage budget allocations and bidding strategies for efficiency and scale.
  • Maintain strong relationships with media/technology vendors and track industry trends.
  • Experiment with bidding, placements, and management techniques to improve results.
  • Manage risk/loss pools to enable structured testing and learning agendas.
  • Collaborate with creative teams to produce and iterate on effective media assets.
  • Contribute to channel and platform budget allocation decisions.

Ideal Profile

  • Experience in digital advertising, including paid search and paid social execution.
  • Proven impact on marketplace platforms such as Walmart; Instacart and Amazon experience is a plus.
  • Passion for eCommerce and continual learning within the digital marketing ecosystem.
  • Strong analytical mindset with solid data management and Excel skills.
  • Excellent organization, attention to detail, and tactical execution capabilities.
  • Clear communicator who collaborates effectively across media, creative, and vendor partners.

Compensation And Location

This is a full-time, remote position. The stated salary range for this role is USD 51,847–73,212.
