US Mobile is hiring a CRM / Email Marketing Manager to own lifecycle marketing across email, SMS, push, and in-app channels. In this role, you’ll design and optimize data-driven programs that increase activation, retention, and customer lifetime value in close partnership with Growth, Product, and Design.

Role Summary
You will develop the lifecycle strategy, segmentation and personalization frameworks, and automated journeys that guide customers from onboarding through renewal. Expect to manage end-to-end campaign execution, maintain a structured testing roadmap, and track performance against core KPIs to inform ongoing iteration and investment.
- Develop, own, and optimize the lifecycle marketing strategy across email, SMS, push, and in-app messaging.
Key Responsibilities
- Create segmentation and personalization strategies to increase engagement, retention, and lifetime value.
- Build and manage automated journeys and trigger-based campaigns across the customer lifecycle.
- Manage end-to-end campaign execution, from planning and production to launch and reporting.
- Maintain a testing roadmap (A/B and multivariate) to continuously improve performance and learnings.
- Partner with Growth, Product, and Design to align campaigns with customer needs and product milestones.
- Monitor KPIs including open rate, CTR, conversion, churn, and revenue impact; share insights and recommendations.
- Leverage CRM tools and customer data to inform targeting, creative, and experimentation.
Ideal Profile
- Experience in CRM, email, or lifecycle marketing with a track record of campaign execution and optimization.
- Data-driven mindset; comfortable analyzing customer data and campaign performance to guide decisions.
- Hands-on with segmentation, personalization, and triggered communications across channels.
- Operational rigor in building automated journeys and managing complex lifecycle programs.
- Proactive tester with structured A/B and multivariate experimentation practices.
- Collaborative communicator able to work closely with Growth, Product, and Design stakeholders.
Compensation And Location
Full-time role based in New York, NY. The estimated salary range is $140,000–$160,000 USD, with benefits and additional perks outlined below.
