Role Summary
Reporting to the Vice President of Marketing & Communication, the Senior Manager of Growth Marketing will develop and execute strategies that drive revenue, customer acquisition, and retention. You will sit at the intersection of data, creativity, and strategy—owning the design and day‑to‑day execution of UNIUNI’s growth marketing engine. The work blends long‑term strategy with hands‑on campaign management, testing, and iteration.
A strong background in B2B marketing is essential. Experience in logistics and/or e‑commerce, particularly in startup or high‑growth environments, is a plus.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop a data‑driven growth strategy to expand acquisition and market share in logistics.
- Own demand generation across lead capture, nurture funnels, and account‑based marketing to fuel the pipeline.
- Optimize performance across paid and organic channels (Google Ads, LinkedIn, SEO) for ROI and scale.
- Partner with sales, product, and customer success to align go‑to‑market plans and reporting.
- Establish analytics, testing, and attribution practices; report insights to inform strategy and budget.
- Build and mentor a high‑performing team; manage agency partners where appropriate.
Ideal Profile
- 8+ years in marketing with 5+ years focused on growth roles in B2B environments.
- Proven success in logistics, e‑commerce, or related industries; startup experience preferred.
- Hands‑on expertise in paid search, paid social, SEO, email, events, partnerships, and nurture programs.
- Proficiency with marketing analytics and attribution modeling; strong testing discipline.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication; ability to align stakeholders and drive cross‑functional outcomes.
- Strong familiarity with HubSpot and Salesforce; comfortable managing tech stacks and integrations.
- Mindset: Data‑driven, collaborative, and results‑oriented with a growth mindset and bias to action.
Compensation, Benefits, and Location
- Salary: $83,000–$110,000 USD, depending on experience.
- Job Type: Full‑time.
- Location: Brea, CA; flexible work hours with hybrid to remote work mode.
