Role Summary
Key Responsibilities
- Own end-to-end campaign execution, including production, deployment, and post-launch follow-up.
- Manage timelines, deliverables, and cross-functional coordination with content, design, digital, and lead management teams.
- Collaborate with Sales under direction from Marketing leadership to develop and implement lead generation campaigns.
- Create sales announcements and communications to educate teams on active campaigns and available marketing assets.
- Promote use of the sales enablement platform and support field adoption of marketing materials and tools.
- Use project management tools (e.g., Asana, Monday.com, Wrike) to track progress and communicate updates to stakeholders.
- Monitor campaign performance under guidance from Marketing Operations and Communications; share insights to refine future campaigns.
- Perform administrative tasks that support the functionality of marketing activities and systems.
- Engage sales leaders to align on priorities, share marketing perspectives, and incorporate field feedback into planning.
Ideal Profile
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business administration, or a related field (required).
- 3–5 years’ experience in marketing campaigns or sales enablement (including internships).
- Proven ability to coordinate multiple projects in a fast-paced environment with clear deadlines and owners.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite; familiarity with Asana, Monday.com, or Wrike for project tracking.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills; customer service mindset and attention to detail.
- Knowledge of Google Analytics, paid search, and SEO is a plus; experience with Seismic and MS Dynamics is a plus.
- Naturally curious, collaborative team player with a learning mindset; under 5% travel required.
Compensation, Benefits, And Location
- Role: Marketing Campaign Associate; Employment Type: Full-time.
- Location: Wilmington, MA.
- Estimated Salary Range: $59,264–$74,378 USD, depending on experience.
