Account Manager, Wholesale – Mall (Remote) at Under Armour
Under Armour is hiring an Account Manager to grow its North America Wholesale business in the sport specialty channel. This role manages high-profile accounts—Finish Line/JD Sports and Hibbett—while partnering with cross-functional teams to drive seasonal plans, brand storytelling, and sell-through. Role Summary
Key Responsibilities
- Drive sales growth and sell-through across targeted channels and product categories.
- Lead seasonal go-to-market planning with product, merchandising, marketing, finance, and planning partners.
- Develop and manage account relationships at all levels across Finish Line/JD Sports and Hibbett.
- Execute plans that connect the brand to consumers in a way that is consistent with UA’s voice and standards.
- Champion authenticity and relevance with athlete consumers across the specialty channel in North America.
- Communicate progress, risks, and insights to leadership; share learnings across the region to refine plans.
Ideal Profile
- Passion for building the Under Armour brand and alignment with its mission and values.
- Smart, creative, disciplined, and driven; able to influence and create urgency when needed.
- Sales experience in sporting goods, consumer goods, or consulting.
- Self-starter who listens, interprets data, and converts insights into action plans and results.
- Genuine interest in sneaker and boutique culture to inform trend-right decisions in this channel.
- Collaborative teammate who contributes to shared goals across a motivated, cross-functional group.
- Bachelor’s degree in Merchandising or Business.
- 4+ years of industry sales experience with a proven record of commercial achievements.
Compensation And Location
Base salary range: $108,210.67–$148,789.66 USD. Most new hires fall within this range, with placement based on relevant knowledge, skills, and experience. Base pay is one component of a competitive Total Rewards package. Workplace: fully remote with 20–25% travel; no relocation provided.
