Senior Growth Marketing Manager, Trust & Will (Remote)

Trust & Will is hiring a Senior Growth Marketing Manager to lead website and funnel experimentation that drives measurable conversion gains. This is a data-forward role on the DTC marketing team, partnering closely with performance, lifecycle, product, design, and engineering to improve conversion rate, CAC, and LTV across the full customer journey.

Role Summary

Own the CRO strategy and experimentation roadmap across the website, landing pages, and post-click flows. You’ll design and run A/B and multivariate tests, uncover friction through quantitative and qualitative research, and translate findings into practical improvements that move the needle. Success looks like a steady cadence of validated tests, clear documentation of learnings, and tight alignment with acquisition and lifecycle goals.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead CRO strategy and a prioritized experimentation roadmap for site and landing pages.
  • Design, launch, and QA A/B and multivariate tests (e.g., VWO, Optimizely, AB Tasty).
  • Use GA4, heatmaps, session recordings, and surveys to diagnose friction and form hypotheses.
  • Prioritize with frameworks like ICE or PIE to maximize test velocity and impact.
  • Align with performance and lifecycle teams on cross-channel testing strategies (email, SMS, paid).
  • Partner with UX/design/engineering to scope, implement, and launch variants with rigor.
  • Analyze for statistical significance and convert insights into clear next steps.
  • Document test plans and outcomes to scale a culture of experimentation.
  • Support deeper funnel initiatives (pricing, promos, offers) as needed.
  • Apply working knowledge of HTML/CSS/JavaScript for light troubleshooting or template edits.

Ideal Profile

  • 5+ years in CRO, website optimization, or growth experimentation roles.
  • Hands-on A/B and MVT experience with platforms like VWO or Optimizely (or similar).
  • Strong GA4, Google Tag Manager, and behavioral analytics (Hotjar/FullStory) skills.
  • Strategic, data-informed mindset; bias for action without sacrificing test rigor.
  • Fluent in prioritization frameworks (ICE/PIE) and stakeholder communication.
  • Comfort with UX best practices, conversion-centered design, and persuasive copy principles.
  • Ability to interpret data, assess significance, and turn results into clear recommendations.
  • Collaborative approach with marketing, product, engineering, and design teams; full-funnel understanding across paid, email, and lifecycle channels.

Bonus Points

  • Experience optimizing paid-traffic landing pages and post-click flows.
  • Personalization and segmentation-based testing exposure.
  • Understanding of lifecycle metrics and downstream impacts (retention, LTV).
  • Exposure to testing pricing, promotional offers, or bundles in DTC contexts.
  • Familiarity with CMS/eCommerce (e.g., Shopify, Contentful).
  • Hands-on with Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, Facebook Ads; email/SMS tools (Klaviyo, Iterable, Braze, Attentive, Postscript, SMSBump).

Compensation, Benefits, and Location

  • Salary: $110,000–$135,000 USD base, plus equity; 401(k) and financial wellness support.
