Role Summary
Key Responsibilities
- Architect and execute a high-impact ecommerce vision aligned to long-term goals.
- Own digital acquisition channels: SEO, SEM, email/SMS, paid media, and the website experience.
- Oversee partner integrations and performance, including high-visibility partners such as State Farm.
- Champion marketing technology and automation to deliver personalized journeys and maximize conversion.
- Partner with analytics on data-driven media strategy, audience segmentation, targeting, and A/B testing.
- Build and mentor a results-oriented team; foster a culture of innovation and experimentation.
- Ensure alignment across brand, member experience, and value proposition on- and offline.
- Establish operating frameworks for clarity, accountability, and consistent marketing execution.

- 15+ years in ecommerce, digital marketing, or growth leadership with measurable revenue impact.
- 10+ years leading and scaling cross-functional, high-performing teams.
- Proven ownership of strategy across acquisition, conversion, and retention lifecycles.
- Effective collaboration with marketing, product, engineering, and analytics in fast-paced settings.
- Leadership that emphasizes accountability, innovation, and team development.

Compensation, Benefits, And Location
Base salary range: $210,000–$240,000 (full-time). Employees may be eligible for monthly bonuses. Trupanion grants Restricted Stock Units to all new team members; new-hire grants vest over four years. This role is based in Seattle, WA, with a hybrid in-office schedule at least three days per week.
