Role Summary
As the Part-Time Marketing Coordinator, you will plan and execute social campaigns, produce multimedia content, manage the Webflow portfolio, and support B2B marketing initiatives for the events and experiential sector. The role suits a marketer with strong digital engagement skills, light design/video abilities, and comfort using AI tools for ideation and optimization.
Key Responsibilities
Social Media & Content Strategy
- Develop campaigns across Instagram, LinkedIn, and other relevant platforms.
- Create, edit, and schedule multimedia content (photo, video, graphics).
- Use AI tools for content ideation, editing, and analytics.
Digital Portfolio Management
- Maintain and update the project portfolio on Webflow.
- Manage presence on platforms such as The Vendry, Clutch, and Behance.
Email Marketing & B2B Campaigns
- Write and design email newsletters and promotional blasts.
- Craft creative B2B strategies tailored to the events and entertainment sector.
- Track performance metrics and report actionable insights.
Creative Design Support
- Perform light graphic design, photo/video editing, and basic motion graphics work.
- Collaborate on decks, proposals, and promotional materials.
Ideal Profile
- Based in Los Angeles, CA (required).
- 2+ years in marketing, digital engagement, or B2B strategy.
- Experience with Webflow or a similar CMS.
- Comfort using AI tools such as ChatGPT, Midjourney, or Runway.
- Strong writing, storytelling, and creative ideation skills.
- Proficiency in Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar tools.
- Experiential marketing or events background is a plus, not required.
Compensation, Schedule, and Location
- Pay: $25–$30 per hour, commensurate with experience.
- Part-time; expected 10–20 hours per week.
- Flexible schedule with creative autonomy; hybrid model with in-person work in Los Angeles, CA.
