Role Summary
As Recruitment Marketing Manager, you will manage multi-channel job board campaigns, build reporting that surfaces actionable insights, and collaborate with internal stakeholders to refine targeting and improve conversion. The role combines campaign management, analytics, copywriting, and cross-functional coordination in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and develop a team of specialists to run campaigns across multiple job board platforms aligned to hiring goals.
- Build reporting systems that track performance and provide insights on recruitment advertising effectiveness.
- Monitor and optimize campaigns and budgets based on performance metrics, hiring forecasts, and market trends.
- Collaborate with leaders to refine targeting strategies and maximize return on job board spend.
- Evaluate performance marketing metrics and recommend continuous improvements to drive higher-quality applicants.
Ideal Profile
- Proficiency in digital marketing concepts, with a focus on paid media and performance analysis.
- Experience with advertising platforms; familiarity with Facebook Advertising and Google Ads is a plus.
- Strong copywriting skills and the ability to tailor messages to specific candidate segments.
- Excellent research abilities with attention to detail in data analysis and reporting.
- Comfort working collaboratively while managing multiple projects and deadlines.
- Knowledge of B2B marketing principles is advantageous.
Compensation and Location
Pay range: $10.00–$15.00 per hour (USD). Work location: Remote. Employment types available: Full-time, Part-time, Contract, and Temporary.
