Role Summary

This role owns the day-to-day and strategic roadmap for the Shopify storefront and related channels. You will translate business goals into measurable growth plans, optimize the on-site funnel, and collaborate on lifecycle programs that improve retention. Success looks like a faster, more discoverable site, higher-quality traffic, and sustained gains in conversion and revenue.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute an e-commerce strategy to grow online revenue and customer engagement.
  • Lead on-site conversion rate optimization, including funnel analysis, experimentation, and UX improvements.
  • Manage Shopify product listings, merchandising, collections, and updates across web and mobile app experiences.
  • Own SEO initiatives—technical fundamentals, on-page optimization, and content inputs—to improve organic visibility and rankings.
  • Conduct keyword research to inform site architecture, merchandising, and content priorities.
  • Analyze performance with Google Analytics and related tools; translate insights into clear tests and action plans.
  • Partner with cross-functional teams on email marketing and marketing automation to drive acquisition and retention.
  • Monitor e-commerce and digital marketing trends; benchmark competitors and surface opportunities for continuous improvement.

Ideal Profile

  • Proven experience in e-commerce management or digital marketing with a performance focus.
  • Hands-on with Shopify, including merchandising, collections, and app integrations.
  • Strong grasp of SEO, CRO techniques, and analytics platforms such as Google Analytics.
  • Effective copywriting skills to support on-site content, merchandising, and campaigns.
  • Experience with social media management and paid advertising across major platforms.
  • B2B marketing exposure is a plus; comfortable collaborating across teams and disciplines.

Compensation & Location

Job Type: Full-time, in person. Location: Los Angeles, CA. Estimated salary range: $54,827–$66,028 USD per year. Final compensation may vary based on experience and responsibilities.
