This full-time role in Chicago, IL, is an opportunity to shape the digital storefront for a fast-scaling men’s grooming brand. As the E-commerce Merchandising Specialist, you will combine creative merchandising with data to elevate the customer experience and support revenue growth across Tiege.com, the mobile app, and Amazon.

Role Summary

E-commerce is central to Tiege Hanley’s growth. In this role, you will manage on-site merchandising and content, refine product assortment, and use analytics to improve the end-to-end shopping journey. You’ll collaborate across creative, CRM, marketing, and operations to deliver cohesive campaigns and experiences.

Key Responsibilities

• Update and manage content across Tiege.com, the mobile app, and Amazon with designers and photographers.
• Draft product descriptions and support blog content that aligns with brand standards.
• Develop and execute merchandising strategies for BFCM and other key holidays.
• Partner with CRM to plan and execute promotions, discounts, and special offers.
• Implement cross-sell and upsell tactics throughout the shopping journey, including post-purchase.
• Manage product assortment, collections, and metadata in the CMS; add new products to the site.
• Analyze customer behavior, sales performance, and product trends to improve conversion and growth.
• Configure Shopify, Shopify apps, and integrated platforms to enhance user experience.
• Optimize key pages for SEO and collaborate on a blog strategy to grow organic traffic.
• Work closely with Marketing and Operations to align plans and bring innovative ideas to market.

Ideal Profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communication, or a related field.
• Experience in a similar e-commerce role; Shopify Plus exposure preferred.
• Creative mindset with an eye for compelling visual and written merchandising.
• Meticulous attention to detail and brand consistency across platforms.
• Analytical approach; comfortable using reporting tools to make data-driven decisions.
• Proactive learner who stays current with industry trends and tools.
• Strong project management across product launches and promotions.
• Basic HTML; proficiency with e-commerce platforms and analytics tools is a plus.
• Experience working within a rapidly evolving brand is beneficial.
• Understanding of the male consumer mindset and audience resonance.
• Familiarity with SEO principles and best practices.
• Familiarity with AI to drive productivity is an advantage.

Compensation, Benefits, And Location

Salary range: $55,000–$75,000 USD. This is a full-time position based in Chicago, IL.
