Role Summary
As Senior Digital Product Manager, you will define product roadmaps, lead multi-workstream delivery, and serve as a client-facing point of contact. You will translate complex business and clinical requirements into user-centered solutions that meet accessibility, security, and regulatory standards, partnering closely with designers, developers, strategists, QA, and client stakeholders. The role is hybrid with in-office attendance on Tuesdays and Thursdays; candidates must live near Columbus, OH.
Key Responsibilities
- Define and maintain product roadmaps aligned to innovation, patient engagement, and business goals.
- Lead end-to-end delivery across requirements, sprint planning, QA coordination, and release management.
- Translate complex business challenges into scalable, compliant, and high-performing digital solutions.
- Serve as delivery lead and primary contact for key accounts across business, clinical, and technology stakeholders.
- Drive client satisfaction through clear communication, expectation setting, and high-quality execution; support account planning, forecasting, and billing.
- Oversee cross-functional teams to deliver accessible, secure solutions that meet regulatory requirements.
- Guide integrations with enterprise platforms, third-party tools, and internal data systems; proactively manage risks and interdependencies.
- Develop client reporting, including roadmaps, KPIs, and status updates to inform strategic decisions; partner on proposals and new opportunities.
Ideal Profile
- 3–5 years in digital product management, delivery, or consulting; experience in healthcare, life sciences, or regulated industries is a plus.
- Track record delivering complex products with cross-disciplinary teams and a strong grasp of the full product lifecycle.
- Client-facing communication skills and stakeholder management across business, clinical, and technical audiences.
- Agile experience (sprint planning, QA/testing workflows) and proficiency with JIRA, Confluence, Miro, and Figma.
- Comfort with modern tech stacks; ability to toggle between strategic thinking and detail-oriented execution.
- Experience scoping and prioritizing features with business and technical partners; proactive, team-first approach.
- Must be authorized to work in the U.S. without visa sponsorship.
Compensation, Benefits, and Location
Base salary range: $75,000–$95,000 USD, depending on location and experience. Full-time role with hybrid work; in-office attendance on Tuesdays and Thursdays. Candidates must reside near Columbus, OH.
