Role Summary

As a Luxury Manager focused on Manhattan, you will prospect, consult, and acquire luxury items from new clients while managing end-to-end consignment logistics. This is a field-first, performance-driven role where you will spend 70%+ of your time meeting clients, hosting in-home appointments, presenting contracts, setting pricing expectations, and ensuring an exceptional experience. You will use Salesforce to manage a robust pipeline and consistently deliver against monthly revenue targets.

Key Responsibilities

  • Prospect and engage new clients through daily outreach, targeted communications, and in-home appointments to convert interest into active consignors.
  • Build and manage a healthy pipeline; convert marketing-qualified leads and track activity and outcomes in Salesforce CRM.
  • Acquire consignment items and coordinate seamless pickup and shipment to TRR’s e-commerce centers.
  • Deliver a high-touch, white-glove client experience to drive satisfaction, trust, and repeat engagement.
  • Present and review consignment contracts; set pricing expectations using internal tools and luxury market expertise.
  • Consistently meet or exceed monthly sales quotas and key performance metrics to support revenue goals.
  • Collaborate with Retail and Consignor Relations teams to address client needs and accelerate sales opportunities.
  • Spend 70%+ of time in the field across Manhattan, cultivating relationships and securing consigned items.

Ideal Profile

Minimum qualifications:

  • 3+ years of success in performance-driven direct sales with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
  • Must reside in Manhattan; willing to travel 70%+ within the designated market.
  • Proven ability to build rapport with discerning clientele and communicate about high-value goods/services.
  • Self-directed, results-oriented, and comfortable operating independently in a fast-paced, field-based environment.
  • Strong relationship-building, organizational, and problem-solving skills; excellent verbal and written communication; proficient in Salesforce.
  • Able to commit to a 40-hour workweek with occasional off-hours; able to lift up to 25 lbs as needed.

Preferred qualifications:

  • Experience selling luxury goods and/or high-end services and a strong understanding of luxury fashion trends.
  • An established book of business with existing client relationships.

Compensation, Benefits, And Location

  • Base salary: $60,000–$65,000 USD, based on experience, location, and internal parity; plus uncapped commission.
  • Commission guidance: approximately $2,000/month; top performers may earn $5,000+/month.
  • Additional incentives may include bonus programs and other performance-based pay, depending on role specifics.
