Founded in 2007 in New York, LTV operates a portfolio of brands (including BeenVerified, PeopleLooker, Ownerly, and Bumper) and emphasizes close collaboration across teams. The company values diversity, autonomy, and continuous improvement while expanding offerings across marketing, data, and web/app development.

Role Summary

In this high-impact role, you will manage LTV’s marketing data stack and integrations, maintain data quality and compliance, and deliver reporting that informs go-to-market strategy. You will partner with stakeholders across business units, prioritize requests, automate workflows, and ensure systems scale to meet global needs. The work spans system administration, data governance, performance measurement, and cross-functional enablement.

Key Responsibilities

  • Own the marketing data stack and integrations (e.g., Funnel, Marroquin [internal], BigQuery, Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager).
  • Oversee campaign data pipelines for reliable ingestion, transformation, and accessibility for analysis and reporting.
  • Manage permissions, configurations, and platform optimizations to support global collaboration and scalability.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for martech vendors and contracts, ensuring tools align with operating needs.
  • Ensure data quality and consistency during campaign setup, imports, and integrations; maintain clean, segmented datasets by program and business unit.
  • Lead processes for digital privacy compliance, including consent tracking, opt-out management, and audit readiness.
  • Build and optimize Looker dashboards to track ROI, attribution models, funnel health, and pipeline impact.
  • Monitor system alerts and data flows to proactively prevent disruptions to execution and reporting accuracy.
  • Translate data into actionable insights and recommendations that improve effectiveness and accelerate pipeline.
  • Partner with stakeholders across business units; scope and prioritize requests; communicate progress, dependencies, and blockers clearly.
  • Collaborate with marketing, data engineering, and BI teams; streamline workflows and reduce manual work via automation and documentation best practices.
  • Provide cross-functional support during campaigns and reporting cycles to maintain accuracy, efficiency, and alignment.

Ideal Profile

  • 5+ years in marketing operations, CRM administration, or marketing technology roles.
  • Deep expertise with HubSpot and Salesforce, including troubleshooting, integration setup, and automation workflows.
  • Proficiency with marketing and data tools such as Google Analytics and ZoomInfo; experience with Looker and BigQuery is a plus.
  • Strong project management and communication skills; capable of managing concurrent projects across time zones and stakeholder groups.
  • Understanding of data privacy compliance and global digital regulations; comfort implementing processes and controls.
  • Analytical mindset with ability to interpret data and turn it into business insights and recommendations.
  • Systems-focused collaborator who thrives in fast-paced, cross-functional environments.

Compensation, Benefits, And Location

Compensation: $84,409–$107,866 USD base, plus a competitive annual performance bonus. This is a 100% remote, full-time position. Benefits and eligibility are provided by the employer.
