Role Summary

As the manager, you will guide a team of Senior Analysts to evaluate impact across MTA ROAS, media delivery analytics, advanced reporting, brand lift, A/B testing, and incrementality studies. You’ll connect insights to Return on Marketing Objective (ROMO) storytelling for internal and external stakeholders, shaping future optimization and investment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead measurement strategy and execution for a category of supplier/advertisers within OAM.
  • Manage and develop a team of Senior Analysts; mentor new teammates and provide subject-matter expertise in statistical techniques.
  • Identify, scope, and manage analytics projects with marketing and merchandising leaders; balance onsite and offshore resources to deliver on time.
  • Establish best practices and scalable methodologies for extracting insights from mobile app, social, and clickstream data.
  • Build and evolve test-and-learn programs across brand lift, A/B testing, incrementality, and MTA ROAS to improve media performance.
  • Develop predictive models to identify marketing opportunities and inform optimization strategies.
  • Deliver customer analytics and decision support by integrating data across customer databases and related systems.
  • Create dashboards and advanced reporting to track delivery, ROMO, and business impact for internal and external stakeholders.
  • Translate complex findings into clear narratives that influence advertiser growth and investment strategies.

Ideal Profile

  • 5+ years of relevant experience in marketing analytics or a related field.
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent education related to the role.
  • Deep understanding of marketing measurement across digital media and retail; methods including MMM, MTA, and brand lift studies.
  • Intermediate SQL for data extraction and hypothesis testing; experience with Tableau or similar visualization tools.
  • Proven test-and-learn mindset with experimentation programs that inform optimization strategies.
  • Strategic problem solver who can break down ambiguous challenges into clear action plans across process, technology, and CX.
  • Strong people leadership with a track record of coaching and scaling high-performing teams.
  • Excellent communication skills; able to translate technical insights for non-technical audiences and influence stakeholders at all levels.
  • Experience navigating change and fostering cross-functional alignment across sales, product, category, and analytics teams.
  • Market awareness with the ability to conduct competitive research and apply insights to strategy and innovation.
  • Eligibility: 18+ years of age and legally permitted to work in the United States.
