Role Summary
As an Account Executive, you’ll build and manage a pipeline across Austin’s small and mid-sized businesses, aligning their goals with a suite of digital and print advertising solutions. You’ll own the sales cycle—from prospecting to close—partnering closely with account management for post-sale success. - Develop deep product expertise through structured onboarding and continuous training; stay current on industry trends and best practices.
- Grow and retain accounts by nurturing relationships, identifying upsell opportunities, and recommending new products and promotions.
- Maintain accurate pipeline management and monthly revenue forecasting in Salesforce.

- Strong presentation, interpersonal, and communication skills; proficiency with Salesforce, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Goal-oriented with solid business and financial acumen.
Compensation, Benefits, And Location
Location: Austin, TX | Job Type: Full-time | Schedule: Hybrid. Base salary range: USD $58,834–$76,523, plus competitive base compensation with uncapped commissions. Comprehensive training and ongoing learning are provided to support long-term success.
