Role Summary
Reporting to the Sr. Director, Health Plan Segment Marketing, this role builds and executes marketing programs that expand sell-to and sell-through opportunities via health plan clients, ASO sellers, and TPA resellers. You will translate market feedback into strategy, orchestrate multi-touch campaigns, develop sales enablement, and measure performance—partnering closely with Sales, Client Management, Content, Events, and Marketing Operations to deliver cohesive, scalable impact.
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with health plan and employer-facing teams to gather market feedback and identify strategic marketing opportunities.
- Own ASO and TPA marketing plans aligned with segment strategy, health plan campaigns, and cross-enterprise initiatives.
- Plan and execute multi-touch campaigns (drip, nurture, conversion) and communications (newsletters, business cases) that deepen partner engagement and drive pipeline.
- Develop high-impact sales enablement assets in partnership with Content and Sales (e.g., decks, one-pagers, playbooks, case support).
- Coordinate with Marketing Operations and Campaigns to launch, measure, and optimize programs for conversion and partner success.
- Support cross-company initiatives, branding projects, and enterprise events (e.g., GGS, Forum) as needed.
Ideal Profile
- 5–7 years of B2B and/or healthcare marketing experience; health plan background preferred or equivalent experience.
- Working knowledge of ASO models, health plan ecosystems, TPAs, and virtual care solutions.
- End-to-end campaign execution with a test-and-optimize mindset; ability to interpret performance data and refine tactics.
- Clear storyteller able to simplify complex offerings into client-relevant value propositions and messaging hierarchies.
- Highly collaborative and effective in matrixed environments; trusted partner to Sales, Product, and Client teams.
- Organized, responsive, and proactive; comfortable managing multiple priorities with professionalism and diplomacy.
- Experience with Workfront, Salesforce, and Highspot; vendor/agency coordination a plus.
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, English, or journalism preferred.

Compensation And Location
Base salary range: $85,000–$95,000 USD, with eligibility for a performance bonus and benefits (subject to role and eligibility requirements). This is a full-time, remote role. Applicants must be authorized to work in the United States; visa sponsorship or transfer is not available for this position.
