Teddy Mountain LLC is hiring an experienced, data-driven Ecommerce Growth Manager to own strategy and execution across web, marketplaces, and email. This role will align cross-functional teams and optimize the full funnel—acquisition, conversion, and retention—to deliver sustainable revenue growth.

Role Summary
As a key member of the leadership team, the Ecommerce Growth Manager will define the ecommerce vision, execute integrated growth programs, and continuously improve site performance. The scope includes strategy development, platform optimization, analytics and reporting, lifecycle marketing, and budget ownership to meet or exceed growth targets.
Key Responsibilities
- Strategy Development And Execution: Build and run comprehensive ecommerce plans across the website, marketplaces, and affiliate channels to hit growth goals.
- Data And CRO: Use analytics, A/B testing, SEO, and conversion rate optimization to improve acquisition, conversion, and revenue.
- Cross-Functional Leadership: Partner with marketing, sales, product, and technology to deliver integrated campaigns and cohesive customer experiences.
- Platform Optimization And Innovation: Manage and enhance the ecommerce site, checkout, payments, site speed, and mobile UX; evaluate new tools and features.
- Performance Monitoring And Reporting: Define KPIs (revenue, conversion rate, AOV, LTV) and provide regular insights and recommendations to leadership.
- Email Marketing: Lead segmentation, content, and template design in MailChimp and HubSpot; personalize campaigns for impact and engagement.
- Campaign Optimization: Track open rate, CTR, conversion, and retention; test and iterate to improve results and ROI.
- Customer Engagement And Retention: Drive loyalty through personalization, retargeting, promotions, and strong customer service.
- Budgeting And Resource Allocation: Own the ecommerce budget, prioritize investments, and maximize ROI across digital initiatives.
Ideal Profile
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field; MBA is a plus.
- 5+ years in ecommerce growth or digital marketing, including 2+ years managing at the manager/director level.
- Proven record driving ecommerce revenue and optimizing digital channels end to end.
- Hands-on expertise with Magento; analytics and marketing tools (e.g., Google Analytics, SEMrush); CRM (HubSpot).
- Deep knowledge of SEO, SEM, paid media, email marketing, and CRO practices.
- Data-driven decision-maker who translates insights into clear strategies and tests.
- Strong communicator and people leader; effective collaborating across teams and functions.
- Passion for bringing joy to customers and contributing to global conservation efforts.
Compensation, Benefits, And Location
- Compensation: From $85,000 per year (USD); competitive salary and bonus structure noted.
- Benefits: Paid time off.
- Employment Type: Full-time; Contract.
