Team Enterprises is hiring a full-time Retail Specialist to support Angel’s Envy and Dewar’s across leading off-premise accounts in the Miami market. The role centers on building visibility and volume through account relationships, compliant sampling, education, and strategic merchandising in close collaboration with distributor partners. If you’re organized, persuasive, and comfortable working some evenings and weekends, this is a hands-on opportunity to drive measurable commercial outcomes.

Role Summary
As an Angel’s Envy & Dewar’s Retail Specialist, you will grow brand visibility and velocity within a defined universe of off-premise accounts. You’ll activate monthly KPIs, execute educational tastings, educate staff and consumers, build and maintain account relationships, and implement merchandising that aligns with brand standards. Success requires cross-functional coordination with the Regional Manager and local BUSA/distributor partners, timely reporting, and efficient budget and time management.
Key Responsibilities
- Activate monthly KPIs across assigned off-premise target accounts to drive sell-in and sell-through.
- Plan and execute compliant educational sampling to increase recommendations and conversion.
- Build and maintain relationships with account staff and decision-makers for Angel’s Envy and Dewar’s.
- Increase awareness via staff/consumer education and on-brand merchandising that aligns with priorities and guidelines.
- Monitor competitive trends and translate market and social insights into actionable opportunities.
- Deliver real-time recaps and weekly reports on objectives, achievements, and next steps.
- Collaborate with the Regional Manager and local teams to align plans to market needs and opportunities.
- Improve rate of sale through upselling, multi-SKU distribution, display optimization, and visibility gains.
- Manage budgets and time to meet deadlines and deliver KPIs on schedule.
- Work a flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and select holidays (full-time; 40 hours/week).

- Achieve or exceed monthly KPI goals and program expectations.
- Meet all reporting requirements and deadlines with accuracy and clarity.
- Communicate effectively with the Program Manager, Regional Manager, distributor partners, and key accounts.
- Demonstrate portfolio volume growth within priority accounts and improved rate of sale.
- Leverage cases, branded displays, and programming according to brand and program standards.
- Show creativity, independence, time management, and effective problem-solving in the field.
Ideal Profile
- Self-starter who works proactively and independently, with strong initiative.
- Knowledgeable and passionate about the spirits industry, especially bourbon/whisky.
- Able to manage multiple projects and assigned budgets effectively.
- Influential communicator with strong interpersonal skills; comfortable presenting to groups.
- Disciplined time management and adherence to deadlines; solutions-oriented mindset.
- Previous retail, spirits, or distributor experience is highly preferred.
Physical Demands
- Stand for 3+ hours; bend, squat, reach, climb, kneel, and stoop as needed during activations and merchandising.
- Lift and move cases and materials weighing 50+ pounds.
Compensation, Schedule & Location
- Compensation: $60,000–$65,000 USD base; dependent on market and experience.
- Employment Type: Full-time; 40 hours per week expected.
- Location: Miami, FL; field-based across assigned off-premise accounts.
