TaskUs is seeking an Enterprise Account Executive, AI Safety Services, to own the full enterprise sales cycle and expand strategic accounts. This remote, full-time role focuses on helping frontier‑AI builders innovate safely while maintaining velocity, partnering closely with Product, Engineering, and Marketing to deliver outcomes.

Role Summary

As an Enterprise Account Executive, you will own the full sales cycle—from prospecting and qualification through negotiation, close, and renewal—while shaping how the market views TaskUs as a partner for AI safety. The role centers on landing new logos and expanding existing customers by turning pilots into multi‑work‑stream programs. Success is measured by annual bookings, with targets in the $2M–$4M range through a mix of new business and upsells.

Key Responsibilities

  • Drive $2M–$4M in annual bookings via new‑logo wins and expansions.
  • Lead end‑to‑end enterprise sales cycles with multi‑stakeholder buying committees.
  • Convert pilots into multi‑work‑stream programs to grow ACV and secure multi‑year commitments.
  • Position TaskUs as a go‑to AI safety partner through consultative selling and thought‑leadership outreach.
  • Maintain rigorous pipeline hygiene and forecasting using Salesforce (or similar) and data‑driven KPIs.
  • Collaborate with Product, Engineering, and Marketing to scope solutions and deliver value.

Ideal Profile

Experiences You’ll Bring:

  • 5+ years of enterprise sales in technology services or AI/ML solutions.
  • Proven record closing $1M+ contracts and consistently exceeding $2M–$4M quotas.
  • Success in fast‑moving, project‑based deals with shifting requirements and tight timelines.
  • Ability to navigate long, consultative cycles with complex stakeholder groups.
  • Credibility with technical buyers; comfortable discussing architectures, data workflows, and risk trade‑offs.
  • History selling to risk‑oriented stakeholders (CIO, CTO, CISO, Head of ML, Chief Risk Officer, etc.).

Core Skills You’ll Need:

  • Consultative selling and discovery that surfaces real business and risk drivers.
  • Account planning and expansion to grow early wins into strategic partnerships.
  • Negotiation and deal management across legal, procurement, and executive stakeholders.
  • Pipeline hygiene and forecasting using Salesforce (or similar) and data‑driven KPIs.
  • Storytelling and value articulation that link AI safety outcomes to business goals.
  • Nice to have: familiarity with AI safety frameworks (ISO 42001, EU AI Act), trust‑and‑safety or security services, or public‑sector AI buyers.

Compensation And Location

Full‑time, remote. The listed base salary range is USD $40,775–$76,125, with comprehensive benefits aligned to a People First culture. The role also notes uncapped earnings via a commission plan tied to booked revenue.
