Role Summary

As Experiential Marketing Lead, Style, you’ll own end-to-end strategy and execution for design-led and culturally relevant activations—from designer collaboration launches to immersive experiences and key cultural moments. You’ll guide creative development, manage agencies and vendors, and ensure programs are integrated across PR, social, media, and influencer channels. The ideal leader brings a sharp editorial eye, deep familiarity with fashion culture, and a track record of programs that scale online and offline.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead experiential strategy for style, design, and culture-focused initiatives.
  • Concept and develop activation ideas for fashion-forward audiences and communities.
  • Integrate programs across PR, social, influencer, creative, and media channels.
  • Oversee budgets, timelines, vendors, and agency partners with clarity.
  • Guide creative development with a strong eye for design and brand aesthetics.
  • Use cultural insights, trends, and guest behavior to shape relevant, shareable experiences.
  • Define success metrics and capture learnings to inform future plans.
  • Navigate evolving event formats, including hybrid and digital extensions.

Ideal Profile

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
  • 7+ years in marketing with deep experiential expertise in style, fashion, and design.
  • Proven track record building brand moments that scale across PR, social, and digital.
  • Excellent cross-functional collaboration, communication, and presentation skills.
  • Culturally attuned; tapped into NYC and broader creative scenes and trends.
  • Thrives in fast-paced environments; adaptable and solution-oriented.
  • Detail-obsessed with a strong design sensibility.
  • Willing to travel and work flexible hours to support activations.

Compensation, Benefits, And Location

Pay range: $110,000–$199,000 USD, based on factors such as market, experience, and qualifications. Role type: Part-time. Primary location: New York, NY. Work arrangement: Hybrid/Flex for Your Day, with work performed onsite at Target’s NYC office and virtually, as needed.
