Role Summary
As the Marketing Specialist, you will plan, produce, and optimize multi-channel marketing that attracts qualified prospects and converts them into customers. You’ll manage day-to-day content for digital and social channels, capture and edit photo/video assets, support events, and continuously improve website performance, SEO, and advertising outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate qualified leads and drive sales through targeted content and campaigns.
- Build consistent brand awareness across website, email, and social channels.
- Plan and promote community events that deepen customer relationships and attract new audiences.
- Capture and edit photography and video; support virtual tours and compelling boat listings. Drone skills are a plus.
- Optimize website UX, SEO, and paid advertising for measurable performance improvements.
- Develop eye-catching graphics, videos, and creative concepts that align with brand standards.
- Collaborate closely with sales, service, and leadership to prioritize initiatives and support revenue goals.
- Track, analyze, and report campaign results to guide continuous improvement.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Proven experience in marketing, content creation, or digital media.
- Strong photography and video skills; drone experience is a plus.
- Proficiency with Photoshop; Premiere or DaVinci Resolve; Salesforce; WordPress; and Microsoft Office.
- Creative thinker who can translate marketing goals into engaging, measurable campaigns.
- Collaborative mindset and ability to work cross-functionally with sales, service, and leadership.
- Boating knowledge is helpful but not required.
Compensation, Benefits, And Location
This is a full-time, on-site role based in Cornelius, NC (Lake Norman). The estimated salary range is USD $52,870–$68,318, commensurate with experience. Benefits include health insurance, paid time off, and a 401(k). You’ll also have access to company boats for recreation and content creation, and work in a fast-paced, family-oriented environment where marketing directly impacts business growth and community engagement.
