T-Mobile is hiring a Paid Social Specialist to help plan, activate, and optimize social campaigns that drive awareness, consideration, and conversion. This full-time role sits on a collaborative activation team and requires hands-on platform expertise, data-driven decision-making, and clear communication with stakeholders across the campaign lifecycle.

Role Summary

Reporting to the Sr. Manager, Paid Social, you will work within an activation pod of Campaign Managers and Specialists. You’ll oversee campaigns from planning and trafficking through optimization and reporting, while maintaining a close read on performance to inform creative, audience, and budget decisions. Success in this role requires practical knowledge of paid social platforms, an understanding of auction dynamics, and the ability to distill insights for non-technical stakeholders. This is a hybrid, on-site role (at least three days per week in office) and is not remote.

Key Responsibilities

  • Implement and manage paid social campaigns across Meta, Snapchat, Pinterest, LinkedIn, TikTok, X, and Reddit.
  • Partner with activation teammates on planning, campaign setup, QA, optimizations, and reporting.
  • Refine best practices for campaign management, audience strategies, vendor partnerships, and test-and-learn roadmaps.
  • Ensure accurate creative trafficking and efficient optimizations throughout the campaign lifecycle.
  • Synthesize performance insights and present recommendations to stakeholders.

Ideal Profile

  • 2+ years of paid social buying experience at an agency, brand, or platform.
  • Hands-on expertise across planning, setup, QA, optimization, and reporting for digital media campaigns.
  • Familiarity with paid social inventory and attribution practices.
  • Data-driven, test-and-learn mindset with the ability to identify trends and propose next steps.
  • Experience running multiple campaigns with different goals, products, and audiences simultaneously.
  • Domain expertise in one or more platforms: Meta, Pinterest, LinkedIn, X, Snapchat, Reddit, or TikTok.
  • Comfortable multitasking and meeting deadlines in a fast-moving environment.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, SUMIF).
  • Four-year college degree preferred.
  • Ability to learn quickly, adapt, and test new ideas.

Compensation, Benefits, And Location

This is a full-time position. Base pay range: $61,000–$110,200 USD; corporate bonus target: 10%. Actual compensation varies by location, qualifications, and experience, and employees may be eligible for additional bonus programs based on role and performance.
