Swift Wash, a modern express car wash operating four sites, is hiring a Digital Marketing Manager to lead CRM-driven growth and multichannel performance marketing. This full-time remote role reports to the Head of Operations and Owners and focuses on discoverability, engagement, conversion, and loyalty across paid and owned channels.

Role Summary

The Digital Marketing Manager leads strategy, execution, and reporting across CRM, paid media, website content, and social channels to drive membership growth and customer loyalty. A major focus is expert use of Rinsed (CRM) to plan and optimize lifecycle programs, while partnering closely with operations leadership, vendors, and onsite teams to ensure accuracy, brand fit, and measurable return.

Key Responsibilities

  • Plan, build, and optimize CRM campaigns in Rinsed to engage and retain Club Members.
  • Develop strategies to convert retail customers into Club Members and reduce churn.
  • Launch and manage paid campaigns across Google and Meta with rigorous testing and optimization.
  • Create tracking infrastructure (pixels, UTMs) and ensure full-funnel visibility with analytics.
  • Analyze performance, compile regular reports, and share clear insights and recommendations.
  • Identify, evaluate, and implement additional digital tools to strengthen marketing capabilities.
  • Manage website content, analytics, and conversion optimization; align with CRM initiatives.
  • Create new content and oversee SEO/SEM analysis and improvements.
  • Grow presence on Google and Facebook; assess opportunities on additional social platforms.
  • Coordinate with onsite teams to maintain, develop, and order site signage as needed.
  • Partner with Rinsed and external vendors to launch initiatives and troubleshoot issues.
  • Collaborate with the Head of Operations on select cross-functional growth projects.

Ideal Profile

  • 5+ years of corporate digital marketing experience.
  • Expert-level proficiency with Google Ads and Meta Ads platforms.
  • Fluency in Google Analytics and event/UTM tracking design.
  • Organized, process-minded, and hands-on with strong attention to detail and follow-through.
  • Self-motivated, disciplined, and effective working independently and in teams.
  • Comfortable in a structured environment with clearly defined written processes.
  • Direct CRM experience; Rinsed experience preferred.
  • Ability to manage outside vendors and drive measurable outcomes.
  • Intermediate data analysis skills to interpret raw data and inform strategy.
  • Intermediate design skills in Adobe and Canva; strong brand and voice consistency.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook; quick to learn new platforms.

Compensation and Location

  • Annual salary: $80,000 USD.
  • Health benefits, paid time off, and annual bonus targeted at 10% of salary.
  • Full-time, remote role; company provides computer and peripheral equipment.
  • Reports to the Head of Operations and Owners.
