Role Summary

As Brand & Motion Designer, you will own visual and motion execution across brand, product, and growth channels. You’ll implement the rebrand across surfaces, build reusable systems, support feature launches and city campaigns, and partner closely with design, product, and marketing to ship high-quality assets and experiments at speed.

Key Responsibilities

  • Implement the rebrand across app, web, email, ads, decks, socials, and merch
  • Animate logos, badges, and iconography for product and marketing surfaces
  • Create motion support for feature releases, product moments, and launch assets
  • Design campaign visuals such as city kits, feature promos, and event playlists
  • Develop high-ROAS ad creative and A/B test variations for growth marketing
  • Build reusable templates for email, social, and event collateral
  • Maintain motion assets: animations, transitions, and micro-interactions
  • QA creative and uphold brand consistency across engineering and go-to-market
  • Elevate decks, investor materials, and internal docs with brand polish
  • Design swag, merch, and event branding to strengthen culture and community
  • Track social and design trends to keep the brand current and competitive
  • Provide ongoing design support for hosts, communities, and partners; move fast and experiment

Ideal Profile

  • 3+ years in brand design with proven motion skills
  • Portfolio showcasing brand systems, motion, and campaign work (required)
  • Startup or fast-paced environment experience preferred; fitness/lifestyle/creator brands a plus
  • Fluent in Figma, Illustrator, Photoshop, and Canva; strong typography and layout
  • Motion tools: After Effects, Rive, Lottie, or similar; basic video editing for social/product
  • Comfort with marketing creative needs: ads, landing pages, A/B testing, and iteration cycles
  • Organized, proactive, and able to manage multiple projects with clear communication
  • Tasteful storytelling; ownership mindset; energized by autonomy and ambiguity
  • Trend-aware and able to remix trends into original brand expressions
  • Uses modern tools and AI to work smarter and scale craft responsibly

Compensation, Benefits, and Location

Compensation: $50,000–$70,000 USD, Full-time. Location: Austin, TX preferred (Hybrid). The team offers remote-friendly policies alongside regular in-person moments and community events.
