Role Summary
As Social Media Strategy Manager, you will set and execute the social strategy across SVP Worldwide’s brand portfolio. You’ll lead a cross-functional team overseeing content planning and production, ambassador and influencer initiatives, paid social, and day-to-day publishing on platforms including Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, X, and YouTube. Partnering closely with marketing counterparts, you will align social programs to drive traffic, engagement, and conversion while managing budgets, optimizing performance using data and analytics, and testing new formats to keep the brand at the forefront of trends.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the social team across content, planning, and influencer programs.
- Develop and manage a data-driven social media calendar aligned to campaigns.
- Own and optimize social budgets, including paid promotions and partnerships.
- Collaborate with internal teams to drive traffic, engagement, and conversion.
- Oversee daily publishing and community management across priority platforms.
- Grow audiences through community-building and compelling storytelling.
- Define KPIs, analyze performance, and share actionable insights with stakeholders.
- Monitor trends, platform updates, and cultural shifts to inform strategy.
- Foster innovation and test new formats, tools, and content approaches.
Ideal Profile
- 3–5+ years in social media strategy or content marketing (brand or agency).
- Experience leading teams and managing multi-platform campaigns.
- Strong command of social analytics tools and performance tracking.
- Skilled in paid social, influencer marketing, and budget management.
- Excellent communication and project management abilities.
- Creative, strategic thinker comfortable in fast-paced environments.
- 2–4 years experience applying practical knowledge of the job area.
Compensation, Benefits, and Location
Salary range: USD $80,150–$101,488. Work arrangement: Hybrid, based at SVP Worldwide HQ in Nashville, TN. The company offers a collaborative, community-oriented environment with learning and development opportunities.
