Role Summary
The Associate Manager, Channel Marketing — Off-Premise will develop and execute channel marketing strategies that increase market penetration, brand visibility, and revenue. Reporting to the Director of Channel Marketing: Grocery/Mass, you will partner closely with the off-premise channel marketing and Strategic Accounts teams to create shopper-centric programs that perform across specific customers and categories. This role is based in Chicago, IL or New York, NY.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop channel and customer strategies aligned to business objectives to drive penetration, visibility, and growth.
- Create clear marketing briefs that translate channel needs into effective shopper assets for commercial marketing.
- Partner with Strategic Accounts to implement tailored initiatives that elevate brand presence and drive sales at key retailers.
- Leverage market research, consumer behavior, and customer sales data to inform planning and activation.
- Set KPIs, evaluate performance, and apply insights to optimize future programs and investments.
- Manage channel marketing budgets to maximize ROI and ensure effective resource allocation.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
- 3–5 years of experience in marketing and field sales within alcoholic beverages or relevant CPG categories.
- Proactive, self-starter mindset with the ability to identify opportunities and lead projects end to end.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills; comfortable presenting insights and recommendations.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint; ability to work at a computer for extended periods.

Compensation And Location
Location: Chicago, IL or New York, NY. The posting notes a Chicago-based salary range of $88,000–$92,000 base, plus annual bonus, 401(k) match, profit sharing, and medical and wellness benefits.
