Role Summary
This is a marketing role focused on generating qualified leads—not a sales position. You’ll own end-to-end client acquisition across organic and paid channels, build and optimize funnels, and translate launch calendars and strategic goals into content that converts. Core tools include ActiveCampaign, Kajabi, Manychat, and automation platforms (e.g., Zapier), in collaboration with leadership and operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Own full-funnel client acquisition from awareness to application and strategy call booking; monitor CPL, CLC, and funnel conversion rates.
- Develop and implement lead magnets, nurture sequences, and marketing funnels (Kajabi, ActiveCampaign) aligned with quarterly promotions and business goals.
- Leverage organic and paid channels to drive qualified traffic; test new acquisition avenues to expand reach and improve efficiency.
- Produce platform-native social content (primarily Instagram and LinkedIn); design on-brand graphics and edit short-form video to drive engagement and applications.
- Repurpose long-form assets (newsletters, podcasts) into shorter posts; maintain consistent voice, tone, and branding across channels; moderate and engage community.
- Translate the launch calendar into weekly and monthly content plans; manage timelines and assets for launches, events, and podcast episodes with internal partners.
- Build and optimize landing pages, automations, and integrations (Manychat, ActiveCampaign, Kajabi); troubleshoot marketing tech and maintain cohesive touchpoints.
- Track and analyze ads, funnels, and social performance; iterate based on insights to improve ROAS, CPL, CLC, CPM, and conversion efficiency.
- Develop repeatable systems, workflows, SOPs, and organized digital asset management to support scalable marketing operations and a company playbook.
Ideal Profile
- 5+ years in social and digital marketing for coaching, consulting, or online education businesses; strong grasp of buyer journeys and conversion strategy.
- Platform expertise across Instagram, Facebook, and LinkedIn (YouTube and Pinterest a plus).
- Proven ability to create high-converting content, write clear copy, and design on-brand graphics; comfortable with paid and organic tactics.
- Analytical mindset with experience owning KPIs and iterating based on performance; systems thinker who builds efficient workflows and automations.
- Proactive, detail-oriented self-manager who thrives in a fast-moving remote environment; able to quickly learn tools like ActiveCampaign, Kajabi, Monday.com, and Zapier.
Compensation, Schedule, And Location
Pay: From $12.00 per hour (USD). Work location: Remote. Availability during U.S. East Coast morning hours is required.
