E-Commerce Marketing Specialist at Stefanini (Remote, Contract)
Stefanini is hiring an experienced E-Commerce Marketing Specialist to support a North American sales organization on a contract basis. This remote role blends digital marketing, retail media, and customer marketing to drive growth across strategic accounts and grocery wholesale. Role Summary
As the eCommerce and Customer Marketing lead within a North American sales organization, you will support Strategic Accounts and Growth Channels before transitioning to Grocery Wholesale coverage. You will own the marketing budget, lead annual planning for key retail drive periods, and serve as a key liaison across business units and omnichannel teams. The position is remote, full-time (40 hours/week), and contract-based, with openness to W2 candidates.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead people development for a team of 5–6 (Analyst to Senior Manager levels).
- Own and cascade the marketing budget; guide investment decisions and governance.
- Build strategies to grow market share; measure performance and share best practices.
- Support customer-specific JBP/JVP/KVP planning and execution as needed.
- Deliver MBR/QBR analytics and insights for account teams and leadership.
- Act as primary point of contact for BU leadership and the National Omni team.
- Create campaign recaps by customer and synthesize Test & Learn outcomes.
- Equip and train Field Sales with eCommerce sales tools, documentation, and know-how.
- Oversee Retail Media Network monthly reporting and QBRs across key accounts.
- Serve as digital expert across the “Perfect Screen” (availability, content, share of search) with strategy, reporting, and readouts.
- Apply strong media metrics fluency (ROAS, CPC, incremental ROAS) to optimize performance.
- Develop and buy retail media across platforms (e.g., Roundel, The Collective, ADRM, DGRM).
Ideal Candidate Profile
- 8+ years in digital marketing, eCommerce, or CPG (preferred).
- Proven retail media strategy and buying experience (Roundel, The Collective, ADRM, DGRM).
- CPG planning acumen to inform campaign strategy and investment decisions.
- Familiarity with the CARS framework (Content, Availability, Ratings & Reviews, Search).
- Knowledge of retailers and broker environments (ALB, TGT, AD, DG, Meijer, HEB, Publix preferred).
- Ability to interpret Tableau dashboards (data pulling supported by the team).
- Proficient in Microsoft Office; comfortable with reporting and presentations.
- Background across sales, eCommerce, marketing, media, category planning and/or analytics.
- Excellent written and oral communication; strong reporting and storytelling skills.
- Strong organization and project management in fast-paced environments.
- Ability to work autonomously, summarize complex information, and influence sales leadership.
- Strong relationship-building skills with internal and external partners.
- People management experience preferred; executive presence and digital expertise valued.
- Savvy with BI tools/software (e.g., IRI, Spark, Reveal, Tableau) and budget management.
Compensation And Location
Job Type: Contract (open to W2 candidates). Compensation: From $55.00 per hour (USD). Schedule: Full-time, Monday to Friday, with expected 40 hours per week. Work Location: Remote.
