Role Summary
In this role, you will prospect and develop regional Print Services opportunities, leveraging existing relationships within Staples’ Commercial and Enterprise accounts while also sourcing net-new business. You will set your own executive-level meetings, craft customized pricing and programs using a consultative approach, and manage opportunities through handoff in a team-selling model. The position carries defined sales and gross profit quotas and involves travel up to 30% for in-person customer meetings.
Key Responsibilities
- Research and prospect companies; secure in-person presentations with senior executives.
- Identify customer needs and build acquisition strategies that drive measurable value.
- Grow print business across existing Commercial and Enterprise accounts.
- Partner with Key Account Managers and Print Key Account Executives to uncover opportunities.
- Book your own meetings with Marketing, Procurement, or Operations leaders.
- Develop tailored, consultative programs with customized pricing to meet goals.
- Manage account strategy and ensure seamless handoffs in a team-selling environment.
- Achieve or exceed sales and GP targets; earn uncapped commissions above target.
- Travel up to 30% within your assigned geography for customer meetings.

Basic Qualifications

- 4+ years of prior sales experience.

- Experience selling print or marketing programs.
- Knowledge of products, pricing, competition, and sales objectives.
- Proficiency with Salesforce or a comparable CRM platform.
- Established record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Ability to consult and sell to top-level decision makers in large companies.
- Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office and web research.
Compensation, Benefits, And Location
This is a remote role with travel up to 30% for customer meetings. The anticipated base salary range is $74,142–$101,945 USD, with eligibility to earn uncapped commissions above targets. Staples offers a comprehensive benefits package, including:
