Role Summary
The Marketing Campaign Manager plans, manages, and optimizes multi-channel campaigns that support both global and regional priorities. You will guide deliverables, timelines, and budgets; coordinate internal and external contributors; adapt content for various channels; and maintain clear reporting to inform decisions. Success requires hands-on execution, strong stakeholder management, and a performance mindset.
- Plan and execute integrated campaigns across regions with on-time, on-brief delivery.
- Develop and adapt collateral (video, case studies, blog posts, articles, emails, client communications).
- Collaborate with sales, creative, operations, and regional teams to align with business goals.
- Set up and manage paid campaigns; oversee creative swaps and live tracking.
- Own budgets, monitor pacing and efficiency, and ensure alignment to objectives.
- Repurpose high-performing organic content into paid formats to extend reach and ROI.
- Coordinate with external agencies for creative delivery, publishing, and optimization.
- Maintain accessible reporting across campaigns and programs, highlighting progress and next steps.
- Analyze performance data (LinkedIn, Google Ads, Google Analytics) to surface optimizations.
- Ensure creative and messaging consistency across channels and regions within brand standards.

- Strong project manager with experience running multiple concurrent campaigns and programs.
- Hands-on campaign operator across global and regional contexts.
- Platform proficiency: WordPress or similar CMS, LinkedIn Ads, Google Ads, Google Analytics.
- Flexibility to collaborate across Middle East and European time zones when needed.
- Clear communicator with strong collaboration and stakeholder management skills.

Compensation, Benefits, And Location
This is a full-time, remote role based in the United States. The expected compensation range is USD $56,494–$80,237.
