You’ll translate GTM priorities into actionable plans—content, offers, segmentation, nurture, and follow-up—while driving cross-functional alignment and accountability from planning through post-campaign optimization.

Key Responsibilities

  • Own integrated campaign strategy and execution across key buyer journeys for net-new and customer audiences.
  • Translate GTM priorities into plans spanning content strategy, segmentation, offers, nurture, and follow-up motions.
  • Set measurable goals tied to pipeline creation, opportunity influence, and revenue impact.
  • Partner with content strategy and product marketing to refine messaging for personas, segments, and funnel stages.
  • Lead campaign syncs across sales, SDRs, digital, content, and regional teams to ensure aligned execution.
  • Own reporting and optimize performance with data-driven decisions across channels and tactics.
  • Test new tactics, channels, and messaging to improve efficiency and impact.
  • Leverage audience insights and tools (e.g., 6sense, LinkedIn, CRM data) to inform targeting and messaging.

Ideal Profile

  • 5–7 years in growth, demand generation, or integrated marketing at a B2B SaaS/technology company.
  • Proven ownership of full-funnel campaigns from strategy through reporting and optimization.
  • Ability to segment and engage complex B2B audiences across personas and lifecycle stages.
  • Strong cross-functional leadership and project management; comfortable navigating ambiguity.
  • Excellent communicator with clear, compelling messaging and impact storytelling skills.
  • Familiarity with tools such as 6sense, Marketo, Salesforce, and marketing AI platforms.
  • Curiosity and a test-and-learn mindset, especially when marketing to marketers.
